This individual is a direct extension of our friendly physicians. Position entails handling all duties associated with the back office, including but not limited to: escorting patient to room, triaging chief complaint, assisting doctor while in room, completing note in E.M.R., assisting with minor procedures, taking x-rays and vitals, explaining treatments and products, making appointments, explaining insurance benefits, and anything else asked of you. You do NOT have to be certified; we offer certification training.
Front Desk Coordinator
This individual handles all duties associated with the front office, including but not limited to: telephone contact and triage, appointment scheduling, greeting guests, checking patients in and out, coordinating guest flow in office, upkeep of guest demographics, processing mail, upkeep of reception area, document scanning and working knowledge of retail products sold.
Call Center Representative
This position is located at our Main Street location in downtown Suffolk. Position entails handling all duties associated with the call center, including but not limited to telephone contact and triage, appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, insurance verification, upkeep of guest demographics, and patient referrals.
This position entails the handling, merchandising and selling of products to our guests. This person must be knowledgeable of current products including indication, directions on use and pricing; have strong customer service skills, and use our Point of Sale system. This position requires significant standing, bending, and kneeling throughout each workday. This person will also assist with all aspects of our therapeutic shoe program.
