Teresa a.k.a. “Tink” – Business Administrator

As the Business Administrator, Tink is an integral part of the podiatry practice team as a Certified Physician Practice Manager. She oversees the day to day operations of the medical practice, The Shoe Fits, and Stems Spa. She serves as the Research Coordinator for Clinical Research Studies and adheres to all IRB/CIRB rules and regulations. Additionally, she ensures all laws and guidelines are followed and maintains the current licensures for clinical staff and credentialing of our physicians.

Tina – Store Manager of The Shoe Fits

Certified Pedorthist, Certified Shoe Fitter – As the store manager, Tina provides product knowledge to patients regarding the shoes and accessories that will help comfort their feet. Her approach is to provide our patients with a custom fitting and a very personalized experience. She assists in finding shoes that are not only recommended by our doctors for good support, but are on-trend. Just because your shoes are supportive doesn’t mean they can’t be “cute” too! Tina is certified to assist your podiatrist in helping you with custom orthotics and ankle-foot orthosis.

Suzie – Stems Spa Manager

Suzie started with Stems Spa at 1Foot 2Foot in October 2006 when the practice first opened. She has been the spa manager for 14 years and ensures only the safest medical-grade manicures and pedicures are given at Stems Spa. Taking care of clients is of the utmost importance to all our certified nail techs at Stems Spa!

Sheri – Billing Manager

Sheri is the billing manager for 1Foot 2Foot Centre. She is a Certified Professional Coder with over 30 years experience in medical billing and coding. She is responsible for revenue cycle management and the daily operations of the billing department. Under her direction, the billing department is responsible for communicating with insurance companies and patients regarding coverage and payment for Podiatric services.

Melanie – Practice Manager

Melanie is the practice manager for 1Foot 2Foot Centre with over 20 years of experience. Melanie started in 2016 as the Administrative Assistant and then assumed the role of practice manager in 2020. She is responsible for the oversight and management of our clinic, front desk and call center at all office locations.

Stacey – Front Desk Manager

Stacey is the manager for the front desk and call center. She has been helping patients with 1Foot 2Foot Centre since 2010. Stacey started as a front desk receptionist and then assumed the role of front desk/call center manager in 2020. She is responsible for the management of the front desk and call center staff at all office locations.
